Returns Policy - WHOLESALE

Genuine faulty goods may be returned - please notify us of faults within 3 days of receipt and return items within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging to protect items. Other returns are accepted, where goods are in their original, re-saleable condition and where your intention to return has been stated within 3 days of receipt, with goods received in good order within one week of you receiving them. Trade returns are subject to a 10% handling fee. We will not be able to provide a refund for any goods that appear to have been used or have not been packaged correctly before sending.
Please follow this procedure when returning items:

1.Telephone or E-mail us within 3 days at sales@princess-gowns.com with your order number and details of the goods you wish to return to obtain a goods returned number from Princess Gowns.

2. Please return goods to the following address:

3. Please ensure that the package is clearly marked with the goods returned number provided by Princess Gowns. Please always arrange proof of posting when returning goods.
